Returns
We accept returns on non-personalized products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.

- Proof of purchase is required.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, all personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:
- The item arrives damaged.
- The item contains a manufacturing defect.
- The item differs from the personalization details submitted during checkout.
Please carefully review all names, dates, initials, addresses, and custom text before submitting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders

Refunds
